This is a great store if you’re looking for something to wear for a special occasion, I specifically needed a club wear dress for vacation in July. They have so many options and they all were Exactly what I was looking for. A very nice girl saw that I had many items in my hands and asked if I wanted a fitting room which I said yes, she assigned me room nine. I had no problems up until the very end, this would be a five star review if this didn’t happen. after I tried on all of my dresses, I needed a different size so I left my dressing room that had all of my stuff in it , my purse, my regular clothes I wore to the store because I was wearing one of the dresses, and other things from other stores I had bought so it was CLEARLY an unavailable room. I was gone for A literal minute and I come back and a male worker was at my dressing room putting someone else’s dresses into it. So I go up to him and tell him that it’s my room and all of my stuff is in there and he goes “oh I thought it was empty” and I say no I have had this room, and I proceeded to go back into it to change into my normal clothes and he opens my curtains slightly and reaches his hands in while I’m naked to point to the dresses I need to give back to him that are another customers. Which is absolutely disgusting, I was freaking out. Which even though he didn’t open it all of the way, there is a mirror on the back wall of the dressing room so even if I was in the corner hiding, if you looked in you could see me . Then he proceeded to argue with me that all of the dresses in there were not mine and were the customers dresses he put in there, even though I had four or five hanging in there that I brought in. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, I’m pretty sure it’s illegal for an employee to open a dressing room while a customer is changing, especially without permission, he didn’t even ask if I was decent. . Also he could have gotten my things stolen like my purse with all of my money and...

Been sitting here waiting to get inside this store. I got here at 10:40am and waited around til 11am which is the original time of opening. I get to the door the Lady mention she was the only worker . Which was a lie I seen 2 other workers with her on the shift . She mentioned the store would be opening late 20/30 mins due to her having to clean the store. I’m still here waiting doors are not open . They are barely cleaning inside talking to eachother. This is so inconsiderate due to me having to drive 45 mins away to this store to get a birthday gift im definitely late getting to the event due to this store not opening when it should be . I feel as if Akria has became very pushy in sales. Akria is the store where your going to get SOMETHING. Everyone goes to this store for events as well as special occasions so I’m sorry the push in sales make me uncomfortable and uneasy . While I was also at this location I didn’t like how the manager Jessie attempted to address one of the young lady’s on the sales floor . Distasteful and unprofessional. She asked the young lady was she “Distressed” . . . . . That’s very rude, disrespectful towards someone character, as well as distasteful.
