Jerel is an absolute star - I never go to malls anymore but recently went with my bf to galleria shop, he not only gave us both personalized intentional recommendations which were equal parts genuine and also beautifully tailored to our individual and natural needs.. He also took SUCH great care w/ five star attention detail from start to end, as if shop was truly his own - Jerel took pride in the fact he cared for his place and part within the company he represents and it shined throughout the entire experience. Not only knew product specs offered front to back but also very knowledgeable on alternate styles, sizing, availability etc
I have worked in wide range of hospitality, high end retail and real estate in Clayton, CWE, Brentwood, Ladue etc etc for well over 20 + years.. and I could only dream of having an employee who took such effortless seamless ownership - while also making me feel welcome and comfortable enough to stay while, take my time and ask questions as needed. He provided just enough brand awareness without a ‘too much’ feel that way too many companies shove down throats. I ordered a necklace just one day before and I go the check the tracking/status, and it says my order was CANCELLED and that I paid nothing. I called customer service just to be told that the item was OUT OF STOCK and that I will be getting a refund because the closest store with item in stock was Kansas City or Chicaho. Who's fault is that? Theirs! They need to do a better job of updating their website for when their inventory is low or out of stock instead of having their customers go through the process to PAY for something only to be disappointed and anticipating nothing. I get home and the boots have some weird black marks on both boots not very happy about it. I take them back to exchange them for the black ones and this time I looked at the boots, the boots looked like they been warned and the girl who was helping me was annoyed by me because I didn’t want to pay for them.
