Thank you FELICIA: I needed a nice suit for a job interview I had the next day (oops), and right away Felicia asked how she could help me when I walked in the Ann Taylor doors. I wear scrubs for work so I had no idea how anything professional was supposed to fit or what the do's/don'ts were for interview attire. She asked what I was looking for and then picked out several options for me to try on right away that fit my needs. I lost some weight so the smallest size 00 didn't fit correctly (runs big like a size 2-ish) so I was getting pretty overwhelmed at this issue but Felicia didn't give up on finding me more options to try! She went above and beyond by suggesting/picking out dresses/pants that may work with my size, and she had a great idea to try some things in petite sizing. She also called the Ann Taylor store location at West County to see if they had my size over there in a pair of pants. She spent over an hour+ (most likely upwards of 2 hours) helping me try on a million clothing options while also balancing her time with other customers who also needed her guidance/wisdom. I'm so glad she encouraged me to keep trying the different options she would find for me because I would have given up after trying on the first few outfits that were too big if I was left to figure it out by myself. In the end she was able to find a suit combo that I felt confident in and that fit better than anything else from any other stores. If Felicia wasn't there to help me, I would have given up in so I am so GLAD she ran to my rescue & took me under her wing!! thx felicia for helping me find this last minute suit so I could get my new JOB -- you're hard work is greatly...
Read moreI came here for my first interview outfit and while the experience was okay I wished I had some guidance. I expected some assistance going in, but did not have any. When I was trying on my outfit I asked the workers a question about the white x at the base of my jacket. I am not a suit wearer, so that’s why I hoped for some guidance. The employees said it was nothing and I brushed it off. I never removed the white x and wore the suit jacket at my interview, and embarrassingly was told at the end that the white x is supposed be removed. I just wonder what was the purpose of going to a store like Anne Taylor if not to have the guidance from people who should know things like that. Just suggests to me that the employees don’t know what they’re doing and for that reason I wont shop at Anne Taylor again and I recommend...
Read moreThe African American with blonde hair lady checked me out today Feb 20th, 2022 was rude and humiliated me. As she told me the total, she walked away from the counter so I left exact cash on the counter toward her side and waited for her. She came back and demanded me to put the money in her hand. I was shocked but I picked up the money that was already on her side and put it in her hand. I didn't want to make a sense because it was closing time and they still had two more customers after me. Anyway, she shouldn't be working as customer service...
