Trader Joe's — Local services in Riverdale

The store itself was clean, organized, and everything was easy to find, which I really appreciated. However, my experience at checkout was disappointing. The cashier, Mitchell, didn’t greet me or say anything during the entire transaction—he was talking with his colleague who was bagging instead. At the end, he just said “Have a nice day,” which felt pretty impersonal after standing there the whole time.

Absolutely fantastic first day opening of interactions with the cashiers and being able to find everything that I normally buy at their North Salt Lake store, I am very happy that I no longer have to drive all the way to Salt Lake City to get everything that I normally buy twice a week at Trader Joe’s, a 20 minute drive is a lot easier than having to drive an hour twice a week in order to buy groceries at Trader Joe’s. Plain and simple- - GREAT place! Just opened Oct 24 and WOW love the crew here!! So happy to see a TJs north of SLC. Inexpensive, friendly, and clean (even the bathrooms). They carry mostly private label, even if it’s bang on with name brand, their prices still beat others hands down!!! Shopping is best at opening hour, the store is freshly stocked!
