I recently purchased a few outfits online however, it was too big for me. When I tried to return it in the store, the cashier can not process the return because it was an online order, she explained to me that the system will not let her return, exchange the item because it's an online purchase and it has already passed the 21 days return period. If I need to return it, I MUST email the online team to request for the return. I emailed the online team twice and I haven't received anything from them. At this point, I'm just going to keep the outfit. I will never purchase from Bohme again. And I would be careful when you order online. Most retail store would give you at least 30days to return or exchange for in store or online purchases, however Bohme will try everything they can to prevent you from returning it. I went to the store last month and I found these shorts I liked, I asked the worker for my size and as usual they didn’t have it. I went ahead and asked if we could buy it online and I did. It has been over a month since I ordered the shorts online and I went to the store to see why I haven’t received my order and all they did was tell me to contact the web team. I did and they told me that my email was all wrong, my name was all wrong and it was all of their employees fault. Suck rude and unprofessional, unexperienced people working there.
