I recently visited the Buckle at Mountain View Village in Riverton, and I have to say, it’s a solid shopping experience worth checking out. The store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a great variety of trendy clothing for men, women, and even kids. I was impressed by the range of brands they carry, including some exclusive Buckle lines that you won’t find elsewhere. It’s a nice spot if you’re looking to refresh your wardrobe with something stylish yet approachable. The staff here really elevate the experience. They’re friendly, attentive, and genuinely seem to care about helping you find what you need. I took advantage of their "Get Fitted" appointment, and the associate was super knowledgeable, offering suggestions without being pushy. The free hemming service is a huge bonus—my jeans fit perfectly now, and it didn’t cost me extra. Little touches like that make you feel valued as a customer. I also love the convenience options they offer. The "Buy It Today, Get It Today" service is clutch if you’re in a pinch, and the free ship-to-store feature is great for online shoppers. The location itself is easy to get to, right off 13400 S, with plenty of parking in the shopping center. It’s a smooth, hassle-free stop whether you’re popping in quick or browsing for a while. That said, it’s not quite a 5-star experience for me. The prices can lean a bit high compared to other retailers, especially if you’re not catching a sale. This Buckle is the worst Buckle I’ve ever been too. Usually I get great customer service, shown product, and have a personalized experience. The girls working knew NOTHING!! I wear a slim fit and they were telling me it was a relaxed fit. I’ve worn their jeans for years and know what size and fit I am. They sold me the wrong size shoes, ordered me the wrong size shirt. You can tell there is no training going on at this store! The new management here is very disappointing!! I will not be going back to the Riverton store ever!! Shop at ANY OTHER BUCKLE besides Riverton. Michelle at Riverton is just plain rude, snippy and smart alec after spending thousands and thousands as a Bucke customer. I have years of great friends/managers of Buckle employees who are amazing, call me by name, know my life and are genuinely personable but Michelle, at Riverton, is different than Buckles employee base, she is unlike their personable, kind emplyees.
