TXTUR — Local services in Roanoke

Love Txtur! After months of searching and not being impressed with couches I was finding online, I stumbled upon Txtur. I fell in love with their customization options, local roots, and their commitment to their products. We went into the showroom to look around and we were so impressed! Tayllar was an amazing help! She was so patient and a great listener as we discussed what we were looking for. She answered all of our questions and helped us through the process. We came back two weeks later to finalize our order and ended up going with something we didn't initially picture, but we are so excited about it! While they're still making my custom order, I already know I'm going to love it when it arrives!!! extremely disappointing experience with this company and assuming they must be going out of business based on very poor customer service / communication. We purposefully ordered from them to support small business in Virginia and visited showroom but overall regret out decision. it has been over 2 months since we placed the order. They were extremely communicative when placing the order but basically dropped the ball after that. They reached out at one point to let us know fabric we had picked out was out of stock then apparently put our order in incorrectly.. which resulted in delays. We are now waiting on Friday evening, after rearranging all our plans for the couch to arrive. No one reached out to let us know driver is going to be almost 2 hours late. will be surprised if it actually shows up at this point.

We visited the warehouse a few weeks ago and were impressed. Not only does Txtur make locally handmade furniture, they can adjust sofa's arm rests, legs, cushions, and more. The selections of fabric to chose from is huge. You can pick out the wood for the legs too. Delivery time is approx. 6 weeks however, if fabric is out of stock it is out of their hands.
