DO NOT COME HERE. i have had multiple tests run on me because something is wrong. my tests show that something is wrong with me. my lab work shows it. my symptoms show it. my symptoms keep getting worse every week. it all stems back to a gallbladder removal i had in 2020. the surgeon botched me. my symptoms keep getting worse and it is a life or death situation for me. no one is listening to me in my home state in NORTH CAROLINA. multiple people told me to come here for help. 17 hours away from home. we were hopeful. they ran no tests on me. they didnt look at the test copies that we brought. my mother said if someone just looks at the tests she's 100% certain the answer is there. they said "probably" and sent me home with referrals to other doctors. no help for my pain either. i don't like pain medicine but i figured theyd at least offer tylenol. i then had a panic attack because we have been running around to multiple different doctors trying to save my life, im in pain, and again i was dismissed. i was hyperventilating and crying to my mom about how im in pain and how they didnt even run any tests on me or read the tests we brought. a doctor came in and told me if they see behavioral issues then they wont accept me as a patient. i was crying and hyperventilating. i couldnt breathe. i dont know how this place is #1 in america. i don't know how much time i have left in this life. i'm just going to try to enjoy the time i have with my family and friends. it doesn't look good for me. i tell you one thing though... if we find someone to help me/fix me or if i succumb to my issues, this place is getting sued along with all of the other doctors that saw me and did nothing to...

Drove my wife 2 days to get here with a referral, local doctors thought she had a neurological disease, form of MS or something similar but they couldn’t figure it out. We were told this place was the best in the nation. Right off the bat the Doctors were rude, Neurologist Dr. Keegan, wouldn’t let us explain problems, kept talking over us. His assistant looked at her previous medical records briefly, maybe 10 minutes, and just repeated what they said. No analysis of his own, no solutions, ideas or suggestions offered and told us to basically “try somewhere else”, “I don’t think it’s MS”and “maybe it’s rheumatology related or your spine”. They rushed us out of the room and sent us back to the desk. Didn’t try to help us get in with any other departments. We checked her chart the next day and one test was positive for Tuberculosis, we tried to call back and ask what we should do, no help. Ended up taking her to their emergency room to try to get some additional testing ran. They said “we can’t diagnose anything here”. When she can barely walk and is in excruciating pain, they don’t really care to try to figure out what’s going on. Offered pain meds, we said we didn’t come from 1200 miles to get pain meds, we want to find out what is wrong with her! We came from Kentucky because people told us this is the best place in the nation to go to be diagnosed, and “they won’t let you leave till they figure out the problem”. It was the exact opposite. This place is not good awful Doctors assistant P.a there's for the Dr. . was not nice was at all had s attitude with misdiagnosed me. Told me to go my reg dr at home to lewve travel home. I was traveling to Ohio. I got home went to a mayo clinic trained dermotologist and he recognized my skin infection in the chin. I explained the infection I had was the left over from staph a and had foliculitus I still have it the Dr back home is trying what he can said it's been there for months chronic broken capulsirs cultered it i still have this. Cultured with my g.p.it wasn't gone. I should not be billed for the lack of attention. I even called the e.r when I left the e.r there and no one helped me. I was told to wait to see how I felt. I have it red burning numb painful enlarged chin. It's gotten worse with time. It is resistant to most antibiotics I'm very worried about this back home. I don't know what to do. I can't see my 77 yr old auto immune mother. Left with this on face and scalp. He should of looked at it with microscope like the Dr did where I live. I should of gotten i.v. antibiotic at mayo now more time passed. Not sent home told couldn't see it argued with me. Awful when your sick.
