Update 5/23/25

I appreciate your replies, but it sounds like a whole lot of excuses. I gave you 3 stars that is being nice. I am in the same business as you and I spend 80 dollars worth of food there and still feel hungry that night. I think 3.7 google review should make you think what you are doing wrong. Obviously you are not ready to open this place. I am all for your staff doing their job, but my wife and I waited 15 minutes and the table wasn’t even cleaned, this is after we have ordered our food. For what you said you don’t use the spray bottle but use sanitizer rag, which is okay. But from what I have observed, I highly doubt that rag came from a sanitizer bucket. Perception is everything to your customers. Good job on passing a health inspection, which anyone could do if they inspect. But if I was the inspector I will not pass you for not having soap at a sink that employees used. That is the standard. I’d you don’t have soap at an employee sink or the kitchen sink how do you know they wash their hands properly. If you claimed to be a chef and a person that hold a serve safe certificate, then I would highly recommended you go back to serve safe class. There are a whole lot of wrong I am seeing in your kitchen and the way you supposedly trained your staff. Best regards to you as the owner, but I will jot be returning due to not wanting to get sick. 3.7 on Google for a soft opening is a poor excuse. You are not ready to open this location.

Went here for dinner and there were about four table. From what I have been told that they just opened this week. From the look of it they are not ready to open. Equipment was all over the place. This place is set up for a Togo order type of place from what I could tell.

When I came in I had to clean my own table. I took other people dishes to them and the waitress told the cook about it and they thought it was funny and laughed about it. I have restaurants too, so I understand the business. It wasn’t even busy and when I spoke to other customers they said they have been waiting over an hour for their pad Thai. Our food took about an hour to come out and here is what we ordered:

Chicken wings was too salty and didn’t taste good

Mango sticky rice was super good and it was my favorite.

Tom yum koong was okay I had better at other Thai places. The shrimp was over cooked and didn’t taste right.

Pork larp wasn’t good at all, lack flavors.

The egg rolls were just okay, nothing too especially.

Papaya salad was really good and I love the flavor.

Over all, they just opened and they need to be ready to open. I feel like they were not ready to open this establishment. From what I can observed is that they have no clue how to run a restaurant. No hand soap at the kitchen sink were employees to wash their hands. Cleaning table with a dirty rag no sanitizer. The kitchen looked messy and dirty. I don’t see a serve safe certificate anywhere. I ate here and haven’t got sick yet. So eat at your own risk. Poor excuses for not doing...

I hate to leave a review like this on a new to town locally owned business, but after spending $40 for two people and us being thoroughly disappointed and deciding we likely wouldn't return, I'd like to share some thoughts and constructive criticism as it looks like the owner has been reading previous reviews.

We ordered for pick up. That experience wasn’t easy. It was hard to find the menu. It was hard to find the phone number for the place. The place needs a true website, and in the meantime needs to pin the menu pictures to the top of the Facebook page. Get the phone number on google— just having it in the bottom half of your profile picture is not enough. Was like a scavenger hunt!

We both got the chicken massaman curry. The veggies in it were severely undercooked. Crunchy. (The potatoes, carrots, and onions). The chicken was nearly inedible. It was chewey, grizzly, and was in odd unappetizing pieces. Additionally, the potatoes were served in 2 really big pieces which is not my preference for a dish like this, I’d much rather it be smaller pieces. Then maybe it’d be better cooked as well. The flavor of the sauce was good. The sauce, however, was so thin/runny that it didn’t coat any of the items once you actually take it out of the bowl. Looked more like the consistency of a broth for a soup than that of a curry dish. So was unable to get all the flavor of the sauce that I maybe would have been able to. Portion seemed small for what we paid. (Especially considering there were only two small pieces of carrot. Could have used a lot more veggies.)

Pick up was fine. Service wasn’t anything special or anything extra friendly or engaging for a new...

I have gotten food here twice now and it is not only the most authentic Thai restaurant in Rochester, but possibly the most authentic restaurant here on the whole. Coming from a large metropolitan city, I struggle to find good quality food in this town. Thai food is also my favorite cuisine.

They use Thai eggplant in their green curry, which sold me even before I set foot inside. The green curry was also delicious. I was relieved to see that they use soft tofu instead of the pre-fried stuff every other Asian restaurant in Rochester uses. 10/10 best green curry I've ever had. (And it's my favorite dish).

Today I got the Pad See Ew with tofu, another favorite dish of mine, and it was not too salty— which is an issue I have with other places— and is also the best Pad See Ew I have ever eaten. Pad see ew is supposed to be simple and the umami was perfection. It takes incredible skill to fry with high heat without burning or undercooking. The balance of textures was incontestable. Another 10/10!

I also got the Mango Sticky Rice— my favorite dessert of all time— which was also delicious, down to the selection of mango. This might be the most delicious mango I have ever eaten in the US. I didn't know one could get a mango like this in this country. The rice is also such a perfect texture and flavor. The only thing I wish they had was the crispy mung bean as a topping. But it would ADD to its perfection and authenticity, and not having it doesn’t take away from the perfection. So 9.99/10.

Sorry, it was too delicious and I forgot to...

Okay everyone, this is a serious recommendation. Strap yourselves in for the closest thing you can get to a trip to Thailand in Downtown Rochester. When I tell you the food here is EXACTLY what I had living in Thailand!! Very authentic and incredible flavor. They also offer catering and a buffet at lunch. Service is a little slower in the evening but well worth the wait! Please check them out if you like flavor and spice! There are also vegetarian and vegan options!!

Super good food. The Khao Soi is spot on. I appreciate that they use dark meat, which is traditional. Great flavor! The Pad See Ew was really good as well. The veggies are fresh and crunchy, as they should be! The noodles are flavorful and perfectly done. I lived in Thailand for 8 years, so having a place that brings authentic dishes and flavors is exciting.
