Saints On 2nd Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Rochester

This is one racist place I have ever seen. My fiance and I went to this place to eat breakfast. We ordered our food and kept on waiting. After a long delay they brought the food but no water (we both wanted water). We kept on waiting. No one came to our table to ask how we're doing or if the food tastes good, just like they do in most places. What is shocking is, they kept helping other customers(white people) who didn't ask for any help while we sat there waiting for what we ordered. We sat there and waited for ever, and seeing how shockingly partial they are. We ate our food and left. They could see us leave but didn't even say a word. I felt like throwing up that food that day. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. On top of that, their food menu has fancy "health food" name/label but it's like 2 leaves for $15....

Exceptional Service above and beyond. I ordered a take out chicken cashew salad. Unfortunately, my husband was in the intensive care unit in St. Mary’s across the street and suffered a setback and I was unable to leave him before the restaurant closed. I called to inform them I couldn’t pick up my meal before they closed and asked them to leave my salad at the front desk of the adjoining hotel. They offered to remake my salad so it would be fresh, and also deliver my salad to an adjacent hotel. I was sooo grateful after a 16 hour ordeal in the ICU to walk across the street directly to my hotel’s front desk, grab my salad and go directly to my room. Was very disappointed with the food at the price we paid for. The burger came with burned (like blacked out burned) French onions. On all three burgers. One didn't have cheese, even though, it's a cheeseburger. All three burgers were ordered at medium heat, yet they were all over cooked beyond well done. Even the waiter agreed with it saying, "yup that's not medium". We barely ate our food. Paid and all. But we will not be visiting back. Hopefully, they can get a better chef in there for anyone else going there. This was the night chef, FYI. Around 8pm. Morning chef could be better, saw him around. He looked more into his work.
