Spirit Halloween — Local services in Rockford Township

I’m HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. If I could put NO STARS I WOULD! I bought a costume from the loves park location and of course there’s no fitting room. So I asked what the exchange/return policy was and they told me they don’t do returns but you can exchange if it doesn’t fit. They did not tell me a there was a deadline on the exchange. It is 5 days before Halloween and I take my costume back that I spent $86.00 on because it didn’t fit. The people told me they wouldn’t let me exchange my costume and whoever told me I could was lieing! So now I’m out $86.00 AND NO HALLOWEEN COSTUME! WORST SERVICE IVE...
