Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Rockford Township

Average place for ice cream. I've rarely had anything else here, and usually stop after a soccer game to get a quick treat. It's always insanely busy after the game, and the wait staff seems stressed most of the time. They do that thing where the bilzzard is held upside down, I suppose to show it's the right consistency. However, this time it started dripping down on the table. Another second and it would have ALL been on the table. I get the feeling that the staff hates doing that. Which makes it awkward for the customer, especially when the dripping blizzard is probably an indication that they did it wrong.

All in all though, if it's convenient to stop, and you don't see a swarm of jerseys inside, it's...

OMG!!!! THIS LOCATION IS SO FILTHY😞. The floors are caked with built up black goo...the kiddy high chairs are caked with old food and black and sticky...all the woodwork and doors are black where people touch...the baby changing station was covered with dirt. I see cleaner floors and woodwork in gas stations. Iwouldnt want to guess what their coolers and kitchen equipment is like. I also saw the cook put chicken fingers in the basket with his bare hands and then bend over for something on the floor and go back to cooking. YUK YUK YUK. the manager I talked to could not care less. I suggest finding a different location if you have a craving for DQ. Obviously the owner of this store doesn't...

I really wish I could give zero stars. I NEVER complain but this visit was a joke. I received my ice cream and was asked to pull ahead and wait for my food. I wasn't told an approximate wait time. After 10 minutes, I had to go inside to ask where my food was. It was handed to me without a sorry or coupon or anything. This was not at rush hour, it was at 3:06pm. I called to complain and the manager NEVER said sorry. Not once. She told me I could drive back for a coupon. I was not going to drive all the way back. Even after I asked for an "I'm sorry" she still did not even say it. I'm appalled at how DQ Grill and Chill is apparently ran now. We won't be...
