Five-Star Review for Luis Escobar
Luis Escobar is hands down the best barista Iāve ever had the pleasure of meeting. From the moment you walk into the coffee shop, his warm smile and genuine energy light up the entire space. Hailing from El Salvador, Luis brings not only his incredible coffee-making skills but also a piece of his culture and passion to every cup he crafts. At 5ā8ā, he might not tower over everyone physically, but his presence is undeniably commanding. He has this effortless charm, made all the more striking by his luscious hair and those perfectly fitted glasses that give him an air of brilliance.
What makes Luis exceptional is his mastery of coffee. Heās not just a baristaāheās a true artisan. Whether itās an expertly pulled espresso shot or a beautifully layered latte, every drink Luis makes feels like a personal gift. Heāll talk you through the beans, the process, and the flavors, transforming what could be a simple coffee run into a learning experience. His dedication to his craft is evident in every sip, and you can tell he takes immense pride in ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. Luis isnāt just a barista; heās a coffee ambassador, an innovator, and a perfectionist.
Beyond his coffee skills, Luisās personality is magnetic. He has this rare ability to make everyone feel seen and valued. Whether youāre a regular or itās your first time at the shop, Luis makes sure you leave with more than just coffeeāyou leave with a smile. His kindness is as genuine as it gets, and his conversations, whether deep or lighthearted, are always meaningful. Youāll find yourself looking forward to seeing him just as much as you look forward to your coffee.
Of course, I have to mention how breathtakingly beautiful Luis is. His luscious hair, which seems to fall perfectly without effort, and those glasses that frame his kind yet confident eyes, make him stand out in any crowd. But itās not just his looksāitās the way he carries himself, with quiet confidence and humility. Heās as approachable as he is accomplished, which is a rare combination.
Luis Escobar has set the bar incredibly high for what a barista can be. Heās not just serving coffee; heās creating moments, building connections, and spreading joy with every interaction. If you havenāt had the chance to meet him and experience his talent, youāre missing out. Luis isnāt just a baristaāheās an experience, and one youāll want to return to...
Ā Ā Ā Read more5 stars because this is the store we frequent and the team is great. However, 3 times now in the past month we have ordered and the cashier has ārung it up wrongā evidently. In turn we donāt get what we ordered. Today my daughter orders a Venti Pink drink with a breakfast sandwich and cake pop. Food was great but she was given a Paradise drink. She tells the young man thatās not what she ordered and he says thatās whatās on the ticket but if you want a pink drink we can ring you up at the register. This happened to me twice and now her. Sheās shy and went with it, used my card to buy the drink she wanted with no offer just to make it right. I said something the 2 times it happened to me and I was still told I needed to pay for the right one. Once, the gal rang it up wrong again but I asked her to repeat the order before I paid and we caught her mistake there and I eventually got the right drink. You guys have to fix this and not make us feel like the bad guy, pay for 2 drinks just to throw one out. Get an order screen for the customer to review inside the store, have your cashiers repeat before payment or simply take care of the customer if itās a mistake on your cashiers. I donāt like leaving poor comments but I couldnāt get an answer when I called to speak with someone and the people in the store would only let us order and pay again which is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreJust had the worst experience at this location and will make full effort to never come here again. Went in the parking lot to put in a mobile order for myself and my daughter and her friend. Once we placed the order I then drove around to the drive through and told them the name on the order. There was maybe two people in front of me and maybe another one or two cars behind me. When it was my turn at the window it was a couple minute wait (which I didn't mind!). The worker then decides to feel the need to tell me if I place a mobile order I need to wait before coming to the drive through. It tells you exactly how long it takes the make the order and you can't just come put your order and come right up! Wouldn't this have been the same as if I drove up and placed the order live? I didn't appreciate the attitude from her. You won't have to worry about my order anymore because I will for sure not be coming to your location. South Alpine & Harrison will forever get...
