Goodwill — Local services in Rockport

New store near the center of the Rockport business district. Clothing is neatly arranged and not stuffed onto the racks. The aisles are a little narrow but still room enough for two people to pass. The store is clean and well-lit. The discounts are very clearly marked on a TV screen mounted on the wall along with other rotating messages of importance like the days of discounts for seniors and military. The employees are courteous and efficient. I'd like to see the store add dressing rooms and I hope that this will come about in the near future. I'd also like to see the shoes arranged by gender and size. Plenty of safe parking directly in front of the store. Easy access to...

So I was super excited about goodwill coming to Rockport and I am still glad they come here, but I hope with time the shop will have more. Each time I go it seems so empty. The only other thing I would mention is to check the clothes Yourself before you buy. The first time I just purchased a pair of pants and got home to find the inner leg area blown out and they do not take returns. The last few time I was shopping and checking them before buying. I took three pair to the register just to inform them that they need to be looking at things like this before they put them on the floor for someone to purchase. 2 times that I've gone to this goodwill I've had problems

I waited for 10 minutes in the checkout both employees were in the very back one was named KOBE and the other a younger Hispanic girl... Kobe was very rude I will never come back here ....

The first time I came everyone was too busy talking to help any customers so I walked out and I almost walked out today .....

I will go to castaways instead from now on

They have better customer service and ask if...
