May 9, 2024 around 11:00am. When I approached the counter and said "Good morning", the associate did not reply or return my greeting. Instead, she smugly stated "It's too early for a refill" and accusatorially asserted that I must have already picked up the prescription somewhere else. I politely explained that it was this Walgreens location that had last filled my prescription, and that I was concerned about running out of medication and missing a dose before the next refill date. The associate dismissively said "Well, you can talk to the pharmacist if you want, but I can't fill it." Without making eye contact with me, nor introducing herself, the pharmacist addressed me from where she was standing ten feet away and staring at a computer. She simply rolled her eyes and curtly stated that the prescription could not be filled until May 23rd, without providing any further explanation or solution. This was an extremely unsatisfactory interaction. As a customer, I should be treated with basic courtesy, respect and a willingness to have my concerns properly addressed - not faced with rude accusations and dismissive behavior. Read moreRudest pharmacy employees i have ever experienced at a walgreens. Will never ever return to this location. 2 issues. 1) The pharmacists kept stating they never recieved my prescription. Come to find out the doctor had left multiple messages each time they called. According to pharmacist they can not receive calls. 2) the pharmacist theb suggested an over the counter medications instead of what I was looking for. I told her this is a fertility medication and it would not be a good idea to do a different medication. I took my prescription over to walmart told the pharmacist the story there and he said there is no over the counter option for my prescription and they must have been thinking of a different prescription. (This mistake would have caused me months and lots of money in fertility treatment) 3) 2 days later i get a text message my prescription is ready for pick up. I called to let them know i have already had it filled somewhere else and the pharmacist on the phone was so rude i didnt even have a momemt to tell them why I called. Read moreWorst pharmacy experiences ever! First time I was told my RX was ready and then got there to be told I was next it wasnt filled yet. Then stood for an hour and 17 minutes with severe back and hip pain. If you have pain that's just cruel to make someone stand for an hour and 17 minutes. Beware of them telling you your prescriptions are ready and they put you off for hours. I have had this happen twice to me and told come back after two. Yesterday the guy said hold then hung up on me after waiting for 10 minutes. After waiting that long the first time standing. I called yesterday after being hung up on and the lady said it would be until ready at 9:30 today and for my husband to come get it then. He waited an extra hour they told him to come back at 2 again today. Your are offically messing with my health where I am told by the manufacturer to change it regularly at the same time once a week. My husband has been taking care of me for months. Not including fuel prices. Wake up. Don't go here if you want your loved ones...
