Unprofessional,shady,deceptive all describe Kevin. Went in one evening needing a battery for a work vechicle it was an emergency situation and there was no time to remove battery from truck." Battery on truck was purchased from Kevin." I informed the staff on duty that I would be bringing the battery in for warranty once I had them swapped out and that I wanted to purchase another battery same as the one that I bought for truck. Paid for battery and left... Next day brought in battery from truck they said they had to put it on charger and test to insure it was indeed a bad battery. That they would call next morning....Newt morning I get a call from Kevin saying they had my battery ready I didn't bother going into warranty over phone. That afternoon I went into the location and was told by Kevin that I now had 2 batteries because the battery they sold me 2 days earlier was not the same battery. As if it was my decision to buy the different battery his guys pulled off shelf after I asked for the same battery that I had bought for the same truck the previous year. He started hollering and would get calm and then start hollering again he was like roller coaster of emotion So I bought a new battery when it should have been covered under warranty of one that I brought in it was not my fault they selected a different battery. They gave me a replacement battery with the sticker from the old and said I didn't get a new warranty and didn't even give the option to buy a warranty. They will not own their own mistakes They make customers pay for it Have spent alot of money in this store but will not return....

staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. However it's my belief that the company is ripping people off just a bit. I called batteries plus bulbs this past Friday and asked them if they had a battery for my laptop because Best Buy,..( the people who sold me my laptop) had no batteries for my computer in stock,..LOL...(not surprised on that one.) Batteries plus bulbs confirmed that they had the battery and that the price was $99.00! I thought that was a bit high but had them put it on hold for me nonetheless. Upon doing some homework online I discovered that Amazon had the exact same battery for a whopping $28.00! LOL. That's a significant $70.00 cheaper!!! Got my new battery from Amazon this afternoon and it works like a charm! So... Buyer Beware! I'll still be shopping batteries plus bulbs for other items but I just wanted people to be aware of the jacked up prices on laptop batteries. And again,...The staff of this store are top notch and very helpful. This pricing issue is the only reason I didn't go with 5 stars. Thanks...

Horrible customer service, I bought Duracell batteries for my Apple AirTags. These batteries did not work because they have a rubber ring bigger than a standard 2032 battery. I was not in there for cash back, I simply wanted credit towards another brand 2032 battery. I was told because I opened the package I could get credit back. The gentleman who sold me the batteries said he would sell me new batteries but my problem was with Duracell and not him. He is a distributor for Duracell whom I’m sure would credit him back. I’ve spent $100s of dollars on everything from car batteries and cordless batteries and they are worried about giving me credit on a $10 package of batteries. This $10 package will cost them $100s in the future. I support small and local for customer service and this business doesn’t give it, may as well have ordered online and had delivered to my door step.
