I have been here 3 times and the service is absolutely sub standard. My biggest issue is if someone walks into your place of business to pay for an overpriced haircut please acknowledge them and see if they need some direction. Sign a book? First time I’ve seen someone do it this way but it’s your place so do what you want. And if someone new walks in a little direction would be nice. There were 4 barbers there and 3 people in seats so I said cool I’ll get in and out. But I literally waited and no one was moving other than their fingers on their phones. When I walked out it was 4 barbers, one was cutting and 3 people were on the chairs just waiting and no one saying anything about who was next. I mean NO COMMUNICATION. The shop was chill and conversation was mostly about sports. That was all good. I waited 2 hours which was definitely my fault, i did not make an appointment.

My problem was the barbers were doing the talking with other customers who were not specifically the one in the chair. Their friends were way more of a focus.

The cut looked really good until i got home, took a shower and dried my hair. their were quite a few higher spots where you could see he did not go over it enough. Had to go get it fixed by someone else.

I had a bad experience and will not be returning, my hairline was pushed up extremely high and you can see the dark hair follicles across my forehead where he pushed it up from, barber spent more time spraying my head with hair texture/black spray and trying to fix my line up then he did fading my actual hair. There's no structure for how appointments are set up either. No one asked my name, no one greeted me at the door, the barber was rough with my head and kept pushing my head back and forth.
