Okay, I'm going to tell you right now. This is the best tea house in town. I mean, I love the other boba shop but when it comes to flavor, quality, and pricing, this place has it all. The cups have volume, and the tea is incredibly flavorful with a simple menu to choose that has a variety of creative tastes. Even the desserts are out of this world heavenly. Ironically we just came from the Pho Garden and it was run by a nice Chinese family. We came over here to try Feng Cha drinks and desserts and it's owned and run by some sweet Vietnamese people. The decor is absolutely beautiful. Definitely can hang out here with some of your friends over some board games. I only wish this place was like next to Costco or In-N-Out where it's a lot more visible and accessible, with a drive-thru. That would send business skyrocketing honestly. This place is THAT GOOD. If you're reading this and just thinking about it, stop wasting time and go already. Prices are super affordable as compared to other joints with inflated pricing. First time trying on 4th of July. I think we came in during a rush bc it took a minute for our drinks to come out. My husband got the 4 seasons tea with taro foam and boba with regular ice and regular sweetness. He loved his drink, wasn't too sweet or too bland, great balance of flavors. I got the bursting dragon fruit drink with regular sweetness, the cashier recommended adding lychee jelly and I'm glad I went with her suggestion. The lychee jelly compliments the dragon fruit drink really well without making the drink too sweet. The creme brulee drink seems to be popular since that's what the previous 3 orders were before ours came out, it takes a minute to prepare the creme brulee drinks so that might have been what caused...

UPDATE: So I decided to give them another try, I do love their drinks. I went inside the store this time, I ordered my drinks for me and my kids, we were waiting for them to be done, as they also had other customers in front of us, and honestly we were having fun playing with the foosball table they have in there. Less than 10 minutes wait time, way to go! Will definitely be coming back and ordering inside instead of the app.
