My husband and I have been married for 55 years. My wedding and engagement rings didn't fit anymore due to my arthritis. We had obtained a few estimates in Rockwall for having the rings enlarged. It can be a very expensive proposition. But one day we walked into Rockwall Professional Jewelers and met Tom Ton. This man is amazing! He took extra time explaining our options. Then, in less than a week, on sight in Rockwall (no sending them away with risk of something going awry), he enlarged my rings for 1/2 the price and in 1/4 the time we were quoted by anyone else. The fit and comfort of my "new" rings are perfect. We could not be happier. Additionally, I have a valuable bracelet I want to sell. Tom said the store is overstocked at this time and he wasn't able to buy it from me. But he offered to place it on consignment for a very low fee. Also, if I change my mind I can pick the bracelet up at any time, no restrictions and no cost to me. Rockwall Professional Jewelers offers extra special individualized service and customer care. If I could give zero stars I would. I took a watch to repair the face. Half the brand name of the watch had detached inside the face. When I went to pick it up it was glued into place, but it was crooked and lower than the other half. When I questioned it, the owner stated I would be the only one that noticed…

I asked for it to be fixed again. I waited a few days and was called to pick it up. When I arrived it was not ready. I left again. Again I was called and came back and they had not fixed it again. This time I was told that if he worked on it again he would end up damaging it. All because he did a poor job repairing it the first time. Absolute BS… he offered to refund the repair which doesn’t cover the cost of the watch. That kind of attitude from the start and lack of concern about poor craftsmanship is abysmal.

I had a broken bracelet that I brought in earlier this week. I needed it for my wedding by the end of the week and the staff was so friendly and also honest regarding it may not be done by the end of the week.
