Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery — Local services in Rockwall

I placed an order for delivery in mesquite and the system changed it to the same address but in terrell. I call what I thought was this location but it was actually the customer service line and the way both ladies handled the issue is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 1. They fixed the issue at no inconvenience to me and tried to intercept the order before it went out. Now to the negative....why in the hell does tiffs treats use uber eats yet has no way to contact the driver. I don't use 3rd party delivery services however if you're going to do it at least have a way of contacting the driver. I live in Royse City and drove to terrell to see if I could meet the driver but there wasn't a way for the ladies to communicate that with the driver. Other than that, like I said, the 2 customer service ladies I talked to (1st one tried to stop the delivery and the 2nd one I called to tell her the address doesn't exist) both did their very best at trying to resolve the issue and I really appreciate that.

Edit: I'm changing my star rating because what service corporate uses for delivery isn't the location's fault. Everyone's customer service...

I walked into Tiff's Treats tonight to get a couple cookies after dinner, they were open till 10:00 p.m. I tried their pecan chocolate chip cookie with their lemon sugar cookie. The chocolate chip cookie with pecans was exactly what you would want it to be. The lemon sugar cookie was so good and exceeded my expectations that I actually wanted another after I left. The inside atmosphere was very clean, contemporary and very white. Something that would please someone very much interested in HGTV contemporary designs. I had a friend deliver me a box of these cookies for my birthday earlier in the year so I was aware that their cookies were good. Out of their standard box I would have to say that the oatmeal raisin cookies stood out the best and then after that maybe the snickerdoodle. We stopped by Tiffs’s when we were going to the Harbor. It was a nice treat. They have lots of flavor from brownies to cookies. Didn’t see any vegetarian options or so. The store is clean and shiny. Not a single crumb anywhere. I like how the staff were helpful and explaining different flavors. I thought the cookie brownies were too sweet. The size was humungous too. Sweet and big doesn’t go together. It makes the brain and tastebud go numb. I think 3 people can have the cookie brownie. The size of the cookie was ok. But since it was so sweet I split it in half. I like the location of the store. It is next to the parking area on the way to the harbor. So you can pack and eat near there. Special need friends can walk or ride to the store and can easy move around in the store. There enough seating inside but on a good day I will sit...
