Sad to say I will no longer come back to this location. Today the owners "grandaughter" or "niece" was rude to me all because I tried to explain to her my order. I prefer to place my order with either Chris or Jeanie because they typically know my order by heart. When I told the grandaughter my order I specifically stated "I don't want lettuce please substitute with cilantro" she then stated "it doesn't come with cilantro"..I then replied to her saying Im aware of that that's why I'm telling you what I want. She then says “if you want to talk to Jeanie hold on” I go inside to pick up my order. the granddaughter looked at me, grabbed my food basically slammed it on the side table, I gave her a $20 dollar bill she snatched it out my hand gave my change back but didn't hand me the change in my hand she just sat it down on the counter top. Then I asked her "are you ok" she said nonchalantly with a snappy tone "I'm ok" that is when I proceeds to tell her it seems as though you have an attitude with me. She denied having an attitude. Body language is a form of communication. I could see it all over her face that she had an attitude. Also the way she tossed my changed on the counter top. I've been coming to this location for yrs now. I left with my food but as I thought about it I said no I have to report this because I've always been polite never been disrespectful to any of the workers here. I called back and asked to speak directly to Jeanie the granddaughter told me “she’s in the restroom” that’s fine I’ll hold for her. She placed me on hold for a moment came back and stated “she’s still in the restroom” that is when I said well let me speak to the owner or someone because I do not appreciate the attitude you had with me just now. She then proceeds to say “I’m the owner’s granddaughter” as if that was supposed to intimidate me. That makes it even worst knowing you’re treating a loyal customer this way. I do not appreciate how I was treated today . She can keep her attitude I will never spend another dime here as long as she's there with an attitude. I was not born yesterday....

The beef vermicelli was pretty fun to eat by mixing up the rice noodles with lettuce and beef and then pouring the sweet fish sauce on top. The chili sauce was pretty spicy even when I just mixed a little into my food. The crispy fried Vietnamese egg roll that came with it was pretty good, too.
The #10 small tai nam gau pho (flank and fatty brisket) had a very flavorful soup base. I liked how they packed the toppings and soup separately from the noodles and meat so your takeout order didn’t get soggy before returning home.
The lychee iced tea with lychee jelly had a very strong tea flavor that was slightly bitter. But overall, still a very sweet drink.
The Thai iced tea with boba was the bomb. So creamy and sweet with soft, chewy bobas—tasted like ice...
Read moreWe've been coming here for years. This is another visit. To our great surprise the food and service was great!
We were as always warmly greeted and sat at our table. I noticed that customers were equally greeted as well. Our servee was prompt. He took our order. We ordered Pho number one, slices of beef, tripe, and tendon. We also ordered BBQ beef shortribs and a Taro Milk shake. The whole order took only a few minutes.
The Pho was amazing, the broth savory in taste the tripe beef and tendon were very nice.
The Beef short ribs were tender and delicious. The order came with a salad and nicely season dressing and a bowl of kimchi.
The Pho broth recipe has never changed. Great work by the cooks!
I've tried many Pho restaurants, this hands down is the best for service. We also recommend the fresh amd fried spring rolls which are...
