Employees at this store are always polite and helpful. The store is always clean and somewhat organized. Taking one star because today 06/14/24 I went in at around 11 am and it was chaos, there were about 6 kids who decided to play baseball in the store and were so loud, trashing everything in the back of the store, my 5 years old daughter was almost hit with a ball these “kids” throw, they were knocking stuff off the shelves with the balls and the saddest part is this was all happening with their mothers just inches from them and none of them told this kids to calm down or stop. The store manager told them “to be careful or they would get hurt” I guess it’s a rich kid behavior and totally acceptable at this store. If you’re a parent and your child is trashing the store PLEASE say something and correct your child. I ended up leaving the store and didn’t finish getting what I wanted to buy because it was...

I must say this is one of the cleanest and organized store. Each section was fully stocked with merchandise. I came for the inflatable movie screen. I tried to purchase this last summer but this item sell out fast. This store had a lot of inflatable merchandise. Great deals on the inflatable merchandise just in time for the summer. I also found some really nice markers and pencils for the art lover at a really low price. I was greeted at the door. I informed the associate the reason for my visit and she went to the back of the store and handed me the inflatable movie screen. The small portable fans are perfect for those hot summer days. Scarcely, if ever, answer the phone. It’s a problem. The store is typically quite a mess. Kids are allowed to literally run wild, creating a potentially hazardous environment for everyone. The bathroom is nearly always “Out of Service.” FIVE BELOW seems like an unusual fit for RPV, similarly to TJ Maxx, where the floor is always filthy. We enjoy them both a bit but the crowds can be unruly. Bring back the “Mom & Pop Shops” we lifelong locals lived in and loved. Quaint. Clean. Unique. Personable. Do better FIVE BELOW.
