I found out something today. Kohl's is forcing their employees to work for Amazon for free. Kohl's is making their employees except returns for Amazon for zero compensation. They're just simply stating if you work for Kohl's you are required to take returns from Amazon and for which you're not going to be paid. Now I know that they probably have them signing some kind of contract but federal law supersedes contract law. You cannot make an employee that works for you in a slow period of time go across the street and work at a car wash for free and then tell them if they don't do it they're going to lose their job. This is the most disgusting thing I have ever heard of. This is an actual corporation that has made a deal with Amazon to process their returns and they have obligated their employees to do the job and yet have not paid their employees not one red scent extra to do this job. I'm not an attorney but if you are. Drop a card at every single Kohl's because this is not legal and they are treating these people like slaves. If you do not pay an employee for work that they're doing and you make it mandatory that they do that work without any kind of compensation that is called slavery. I absolutely cannot wait to hear of the lawsuits that are coming. They're taking advantage of foreign workers that can barely speak English that don't know the laws it's...

A very clean, well-organized, and well-stocked store. Item's are neatly folded and attractively displayed making it easy to find items in various sizes. I will not shop in a messy, cluttered store - I just walk out - and this store is far from that. I would rather pay a little extra and shop in a neat, clean, well-organized environment than search for deals on cluttered racks and piles of unfolded articles of clothing. But I found some good deals here too: Izod fleece vest cheaper than other places, so I bought 2. The men's Big and Tall selection is only fair, better than some places, but could be better- for example: no larger size sport coats or suits-so I deducted 1 star. Overall a very pleasant experience. I absolutely love some Kohl's I can go in and be treated like I'm somebody beautiful store or I can have store pickup and get $5 in cash bonus or I can have it delivered to my home however I feel many people at all off for those excellent services.
