I been to gamstop for many years You always find great games there alot works and alot don't game stop needs to pay more attention to the games they sell , when I made returns they act like they can't do it or give what i paid for it I said I want my money back they gave it to me

My husband and I frequently stopped into this gamestop. This is the first figure he has pre-ordered through gamestop at this location. We do not live in Rome. When we went in to pre-order, one of the reps at the counter told us figures come in randomly and can take months. We get that. One lady was on the phone when we were there who calls every day, sometimes multiple times a day. The rep was blatantly annoyed with the call from the customer. I get it due to the random time frames.
My husband gets a call today that he needs to get his figure and that it needs to be by end of day. They stated they have called him 5 times. I asked what number they have called from because he has no phone records from rome or this gamestop number. Confirmed the number. No records on our side. I asked why a message wasn't left and they stated mailbox was full which was another lie. I called his phone and confirmed as I left a message.

However, after consistently bad experiences, I feel the need to say something publicly. I have been in this store twice for different issues, and the store manager was unhelpful, rude, and abrasive. I came in for an order that I had placed online (with my order confirmation), and management never looked at my confirmation. The purchase didn't show up in their system, and without asking for my confirmation number, it was insinuated that I was lying about my purchase. I was told to call customer service and that store employees would not help me. I came in last week to return an xBox I'd purchased online. Before even looking at the product the manager said they would not take it back. I told him that I had initiated the return online, and I had until 12/6 to return it.
