Eggs Up Grill is a great place to take the whole family. The service is fast, and the food arrives hot! The Eggs Up Grill servers are friendly, courteous, and attentive. This is a place where the employees actually look like they enjoy working for, which speaks highly of the manager. I ordered "The Classic" with crispy bacon and the cook didn't fail to disappoint me. The bacon was really crisp! My first time there was actually on Mother's Day, and while it was a busy day, I was still seated in record time! The staff stayed busy, even when they weren't waiting on customers. They filled syrup containers and sugar containers, stocked condiments, washed the floors, etc. Everyone showed team support. I highly recommend Eggs Up Grill the next time you are in the area. They have a smokehouse macaroni and cheese that I'm hoping to try soon! THIS PART IS AN UPDATED REVIEW. (Because Google won't let me add another one, and Eggs Up Grill is sponsoring a little contest. ) The wafflewhich shown in the picture is a "must try. It's delicious! McKinzy is a great server. She is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure that you have a great experience at Eggs Up Grill. You will be served and greeted promptly by any of the servers and the chefs will prepare your food to your specifications. Make it a point to visit Eggs Up Grill. You'll be happy that you did. You will definitely SMILE!! Eggs Up Grill definitely has eggscellent food and service! Oh, and one more thing. Something else you don't see often anymore: clean bathrooms! That REALLY makes...
Read moreFrom my first sip of the COFFEE I was disappointed. I was excited to try the CAFE MOCHA, which in the menu states it's made with espresso and other good ingredients. I guess it is possible espresso was used, but whatever coffee was in it, it was definitely old and the flavor gone, and it tasted STALE AND BLAND with a faint taste of fake cheap chocolate. I honestly cringed at every sip but was already on the road, needed the caffeine and could not afford to go somewhere else after already spending my money here. I was hoping the food would be better, and it wasnt too terrible, but it was definitely NOTHING SPECIAL. Everything was pretty BLAND, the "HOME FRIES" are large diced potatoes that do not seem to be even fried, they AREN'T CRISPY whatsoever. My eggs were a bit OVERCOOKED as at least half of the yoke was solid and I asked for eggs over easy. I was hoping the BEEF HASH would be the redeemer since it says it's homemade with a special recipe. I honestly think it CAME OUT OF A CAN based off the texture and flavor. Most of these (except the coffee, that was extremely disappointing on its own) are not terrible offenses, except that all of them combined to make a pretty sh*tty breakfast. I am trying not to beat myself up too much about wasting my money here instead of making my treat to myself something more enjoyable, like...
Read moreYou know, I thought that my last visit to Eggs Up Grill was like striking gold. Zach was the best server you could ask for. The true definition of exemplary service. I thought I’d never have such an experience ever again. But that was when I met Kerry. After sitting down, Kerry appeared, ready to serve with a smile on her face.
Her attitude? Positive. Her demeanor? Extremely friendly. Her explanations? Helpful. I could honestly see her running for public office with her shining personality and articulate ways with words. And you better believe she would have my vote!
This additional visit to Eggs Up Grill was a revelation. I realized that good service wasn’t a rarity. It wasn’t even a goal. It was the standard. I’ve never seen an establishment with such an amazing culture of great service and uplifting others.
The food was just as good as the service. Fresh fruit. Crispy chicken. Savory sausage. Wonderful waffles. Every bite was like reliving every fond memory I’ve ever had. The food was so good, that I brought my brother with me this time. My brother and I had always had a rocky relationship, but for the first time in years, we had a heartfelt and meaningful conversation between bites. Thank you Eggs Up Grill, from the bottom of my heart, for bringing my brother and I...
