I bought a dress from here on Sunday, for my daughter because she is in the Minnesota Juneteenth State pageant that's being held on June 8, 2024. After buying the dress my daughter went home to try the dress on, that's when I noticed that their was a hole in the mess of the dress. On Tuesday I went back to the store to exchange the dress for a new one. I was denied a new dress and I did not receive a refund for the torn dress. Now I have to send my daughter on stage in a torn dress that I bought from this store. This store won me over. They have quality heels, they are priced well and come with dust covers. I love rhinestones and get the best accessories and full crystal covered shoes here. I go out and feel like my items were custom made for me. The customer service is excellent.
