I came in today and my partner bought pokemon cards after seeing there were some(we didn’t expect to see any honestly just were shopping around the mall) and then I looked around for a few at fidgets and then got in line for cards, the person in front of me they had found an ETB for! the cashiers were super happy to help this person and celebrated real collectors and players-heck yeah! that’s what it’s all about. I assumed there was no more ETBs! but wanted to ask anyways, when I asked I got a cold “nope.” and then I asked if I could get boosters and they pointed at my boyfriend and said “for him?” and I said no… I play and collect too… It just wasn’t what I was expecting when the customer in front of me was treated so so well, then it was my turn and I felt like I was in trouble for wanting to buy some pokemon cards-which I have been PLAYING and collecting for over 15 years. i’m autistic and unfortunately this social interaction caused me a melt down right after leaving the shop. and I don’t think i’ll be able to shop...

If I didn’t use self restraint, the amount of money I could spend here would be dangerous. The assortment of games and puzzles available here is wonderful, I imagine it would be a bigger challenge not to find something that will grab your attention here. Two player games, group games, role playing adventures, trading cards, classic puzzles, disc golf discs, or board games, whatever your cup of tea they will have something available for you. In addition to the selection of games to build your collection there is a great assortment of various accessories like creative dice or playing cards for a more invested hobbyist as well. They offer a rewards program if you expect to be a regular customer, and customer service is always friendly...

Very rude staff my husband and I have serious medical conditions where we can not wear a mask and when we tried to explain to the employee he was very rude and told us to get out of the store according to the Americans with disabilities act you can not treat us differently then anyone else because of our medical condition which we have doctors notes saying we can’t not physically wear a mask. If he would have been polite about the situation and said it was store policy and been nice it would have been no issue. The employee was very rude and kept cutting us off. My family spend lots of money on board games every year as we like to donate them to people who can’t afford things for there kids. We will be spending our money else...
