This place is a shady business , I placed a order for a simple Bulova watch on 5/3/2025, and i have yet to receive my watch that is fully paid for, Every time i try to call the manager levi (or maybe i should contact Mr.Ortegon with a summons) i get; i will call you back or i get he is busy. Mind you its now 7/6/25 and still have not received my watch nor any update to were i am in the process, Do not buy from this shady business you will be ghosted and to be honest i believe most if not all of there items are cheap low grade and way over priced. Heres a little schooling when buying from shady places like this, make sure to ask that your jewelry is solid not hollow, also lab grown diamonds are way less valuable. If you want a better deal on jewelry buy used, yes your buying the design but in the end its the weight of the precious metals, get that weight and times that by the price of the metal online and there you go, you can see how over priced this place is. Also if try to sell what you just bought you will be surprised to not even get half of what you paid for and no one really cares about the small diamonds so dont even dare ask for more because of them. Be warned dont buy from this shady business. Very unhappy, I bought my daughter a custom 14k gold name for $400 plus $70 for the rings. Thought the price was reasonable since I had shopped around. But it ended up being a little less than 1.5 inches, 1.8 grams and very thin. The manager told me to come back and see what she can do and when I went back she had me deal with the original sales person who said all they could do is upgrade for an additional $450.00. I walked out of there obviously with my tiny name.They showed and had my daughter try on a name there before we ordered which was bigger, that’s what I thought I was getting. Great customer service, I love my ring that I bought on 2018, I even put it in a safe box because I don't want to lose it, it's my investment. But recently I had an emergency and I needed money right away so I talked to my friend who happened to be selling jewelry that I wanted to pawn my ring to her, of course she said yes but the next day she told me that the stones of my ring is not real diamond, I almost fainted because I paid more then $5000 of that ring , my friend said the amount of my ring is $500 to $600 only.
