i've been here before and the girl with long hair and cute makeup is always very nice to me but i went in this morning and two people, a skinny guy with long hair and highlights and a short girl with short hair and glasses, were there. As soon as I walked in they both stopped talking and started following me and my little brother around. We are poc and this has happened to us too many times to count. Roseville isn't a very poc friendly place but that still doesn't make it okay. I know exactly what it looks like to be targeted because of the way I look like and they definitely were. The guy would follow me and look at me like as if i was stealing and he knew he was in the wrong bc when i would look back at him he would look away. None of the "can i help you with anything" customer service 101 tactics. I asked them why there were following me around and the girl said that it was because they have to and I told her that all the other times i've been here before they haven't followed me around. I always come here when I can and love it! But I Was accused of shop lifting. My sister and I had shopped at minso before finishing our last minute Christmas shopping at Tokyo Japan. We bought something for our little brother and keep in mind that we had gacha stuff from Minso in a big bag with our Receipt on top. My sister was also holding the bag and no where near the gacha stuff they had. I was walking around debating what to get. As we got a big cat for my brother, one of the cashiers stop the other cashier from finishing my payment and basically asked if everything in our bag was paid and not stolen. I told her yes and that I’d show her my receipt if she wanted to see it. I literally had nothing to hide. She said no and walked away. Also keep in mind she also stood in my way in the beginning when I was debating on getting a plush. Literally almost bumping into me and not apologizing. I saw her staring at me at the corner of my eye and I was confused but didn’t question it. NOW I know why. After the transaction, I didn’t even get an apology from that lady. First time here and they have little claw machines that look like they’re built for kids absolutely rigged . It’s sad that they’re charging kids a dollar to play and the small claw can be around something 100 percent and drop it not just drop it but fully open and close again I understand big claw machines and how those can drop things but this was just horrible my 11 year old watched and and litterally said “ so you can pick it up and the claw just lets it go ? How do they expect you to win “ if I was you I wouldn’t play these at all it’s a waste of money even if you’re dead on center and pick it up it drops...
