My first two experiences at this location were very good. No issues and it was my first time. Unfortunately my third visit wasn't so great. I ordered on the app before getting off work so it would be ready to go when I arrived. When I got there, I got my food which I always check before leaving any take out place. So, both were made wrong and were cold to the touch. I work 10 minutes from the store. They should be warm. I went to the register and showed them both sandwiches were made wrong and everyone froze up. I said I wasn't mad but that I just wanted them made right. So, they get busy remaking the food. A girl who I think may have been a manager or trainer came to me and asked if I wanted green peppers. I pointed out on the receipt that I had ordered it with no peppers. I also pointed out to make sure they both had mushrooms and she told me one of the sandwiches already came w/it & we kinda argued a little back & forth w/her annoyance w/me apparent. I'm thinking to myself I pay extra for it everytime. I checked it doesn't come w/it. Anyhow, they finish the sandwiches and again I fully check them & the girl who came directly to me to ask about the peppers still put them on. So, I just picked them off & threw them in their garbage. Honestly, I don't think I would've even written this review but there are a few things here that really urked me. One don't argue w/me about what's on the sandwich if you don't obviously know, two don't come ask if I want something or not and I tell you no and you still put it on there and three and most importantly I hate that unspoken, annoyed vibe workers get w/customers when there is a problem that they have to fix. Especially when it's your fault!!! I hate that. I work for an industrial company and if we make a mistake, we admit to it and come up with a resolution with a smile and kindness. We like to keep customers. I love consistency, honesty and kindness. Everyone makes mistakes. Don't attempt to make the customer feel bad by holding that unspoken dismissiveness. It's just...
Read moreFirst time I've ever eaten at this location. I ordered 2 subs, nothing else. Several people came in after me. I waited for my order patiently. I saw a worker making numerous sandwiches at once. One girl was standing at the register doing a whole bunch of nothing & another guy was at the opposite end possibly holding up the counter. One guy ran around doing everything. Over 20 minutes had passed and still no order. He filled numerous orders then gave them to a delivery driver! Excuse me, what about the people standing here in your store??? After nearly 30 minutes, I approached the register just as my name was called out. The guy apologized for the wait. I opened up both boxes & they looked ok. When I tasted mine at home, it was awful. Horrible. I got a small hero on wheat and there were a few shreds of meat on it, a clump of roast beef stuck together that didn't resemble sliced roast beef and it had an awful, sour, spoiled taste. Also, I could taste hot peppers or something spicy from when it was prepared. Normally, I wouldn't care but I am still sick & didn't order "spicy." The girl at the register was rude & didn't seem to understand that she should "pitch in" when things got busy. When ringing up my order, she spoke out loud & made unnecessary comments. I gave them 1 star because 1 worker ran around and did almost everything. He had to ask the girl at the register repeatedly for some help. I'm not going to a restaurant that doesn't care that I am standing in front of them & placing an order, employees that are reluctant to even work, having my personal info shared outloud in front of others, mismanagement, unbalanced work load & watching 25+ minutes of delivery orders made while you stand there...
Read moreDoor was locked when I got there. Saw one person mopping. Maybe they closed early bc no one wanted to show up? I could have sworn both google and the hours on the door both said "closes at 8pm"..............I arrived at 6pm........ I dunno.
UPDATE: AFTER returning to give this location another chance, I noticed something rather disgusting in the men's bathroom. The soap dispenser was dry. Not dry as in someone forgot to fill it up, dry as in it hasn't even been serviced in weeks. Now that wouldn't be a problem if the workers who served me were wearing gloves; but they weren't. The unfortunate thing is I got severe food poisoning. It also didnt help that they messed up my order and were probably hot and ready to begin with, but that is beaides the point. Now I am in NO WAY implicating this location for tainted food. I am merely retelling my rather gross experience at this location. Did they do it on purpose? The world may...
