Hobby Lobby — Local services in Ross Township

Disappointed to find another one of these tacky junk stores in my city.

The vibe is outdated, overpriced and tasteless. It is clear that this propaganda machine is trying to push their beliefs on everyone. You can’t walk three yards without being accosted by Bible verses and crucifixes. I didn’t see one Jewish themed item.

If you are an artist, this isn’t the place for you. Supplies are super low quality and sparse. The shelves are always a mess. The organization is atrocious.

If you like suburban down-on-the-farm-style decor made by impoverished folks in Third World Countries, this is the bargain bin for you.

I went in here with a family member who needed something but it was easy to convince them, after this trip, to never go back. The clerks were rude and the line was soooo slow. I can’t believe how many people think it’s ok to shop here.

This company has done lots of harm in the world with their alt-right conservative beliefs, smuggling ancient artifacts, putting society in jeopardy during COVID, taking away the female rights of its workers… Don’t shop here. Don’t fund hate. There are less problematic junk stores...

Had a cart filled with stuff for Christmas. I tend to buy alot at hobby lobby during the holidays and when there’s a good sale. I was waiting online. Obviously they are short staffed. When suddenly some clown that works there came to open the register to seemingly help reduce the long lines. I stood behind the person getting checked out and was told that “he’s closed” even though he had just opened the cash register. We said oh but you just opened hoping to relief the crowd of people. He shrugged his shoulders and did not care to help us. So I left almost $200 worth of stuff in the cart and walked away. I can’t stand rude customer service. He’s a short man with black hair and a beard. Awful. I won’t be returning...

I have been to many stores within my lifetime. However, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I thought this would be a wonderful store. I expected to walk out with many decorations and other items, however, I walked out with nothing. The employees were shoving through customers to restock in the minuscule aisles. I couldn't even look without nearly being elbowed by a smug employee. The items being sold were not the best quality-wise. My main issue with this store was the employees. Absolutely heinous, the behavior of these people. These employees need to wait for me to finish looking, rather than shoving through me, a paying customer. I can confirm that I will never be coming back...
