Men's Wearhouse — Local services in Ross Township

I do not typically write reviews, but after my experience the other day at Men’s Wearhouse, I felt I had to. The experience was awesome! Johnny Sewell helped me with purchasing a new tux. Not only was Johnny extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable, but he also made the experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend asking for him when you shop here. Beyond the experience, I would recommend a custom suit/tux from here due to the fit and quality. While a custom suit is more expensive than buying off the rack, a custom suit at the Men’s Wearhouse is around the same price as a quality off the rack suit from high-end stores, but you get to pick the fabric, color, accents, and cut of the suit. Additionally, you know the suit fits you. One of the biggest reasons I will return to a store or be willing to pay a little extra is service, and I really cannot say enough about the service I received when shopping for my tux. I am normally a person who does all of his clothes shopping online due to time and the not wanting to go to a mall or store. I was at this location last Saturday afternoon to pick out a brand new 3 piece suit/tie/belt/shoes the works basically for my wedding in September. I was a little unsure about how all this was going to go because it had been years since I purchased a suit for myself. However, once Mackenzie took over everything couldn't have gone better from there. She was patient and extremely focused on what worked for me and gave her honest opinion about what looked good and literally laid out the entire purchase and made sure the colors made sense and spent well over an hour going above and beyond to help me put together a wonderful ensemble. At no point did I feel rushed or felt like I was being pushed to buy anything. I can honestly say that when the time comes to buy another suit or anything related I will be returning to this location and asking for Mackenzie because her customer service was 10 stars. She's amazing at helping the customer feel comfortable and confident. I will be a customer for many years to come.

Terrible experience, I will never shop at Men's Warehouse again. My list of grievances is long, so here are the highlights: Tux arrived for pickup a day later than the "absolute guaranteed" date I had been assured of months earlier Said tux had been erroneously measured, did not fit in the slightest. After another trip to Men's Warehouse (I estimate I spent more time at or driving to Men's Warehouse than at the actual wedding), I was still stuck wearing an ill-fitting tux, despite several alterations being made. And the icing on the proverbial cake...After 2 fittings for this claptrap tuxedo, multiple vest buttons went MIA throughout the night and the structural integrity of the pants seam apparently couldn't survive the ordeal either. I was offered $20 back on the rental after explaining my dilemma...gee thanks.

So in summation, go to Joseph A. Banks, though they may be more expensive. Honestly, after I factored in the fuel cost for my multiple returns to Men's Warehouse, it probably would...
