I went here during Christmas because it was closer for my shopping. First the cashiers were incredibly rude. I walked past multiple times and no one greeted me. When I asked about a gift card they were thrown down in front of me. When my father in law went to shop with his gift card he told me the place was horrible too and over priced. I'll just.make the trip.the the strip and buy locally. When I heard they were taking over Toylands space my son was absolutely devastated. You could have gone back to your original space in the mall as I've seen your store move multiple times while shopping. I'll never give your company my money again and will continue to tell everyone I know who loves sports to just go down to the strip to get authentic items. Also you're selling a Mr Roger's shirt for $30!!!! He would be absolutely appalled at that pricing. He was never about money. And if I want a Primanties shirt, again I'll go to the restaurant support their FAMILY BUSINESS and buy...

Their treatment of another locally owned business, now permanently closed in large part because of Rally House, is unacceptable. It may have been a group effort with terrible mall management, but I’ll still never step foot in another Rally House ever again. I advise others do the same, because we don’t need more companies stomping on local businesses just to get ahead.

Due mostly to not having anything in my size I’ve quit shopping there. Would recommend checking out local stores in the strip district and Amazon before venturing into a Rally House location. You’ll have better odds at getting what you want and not breaking...
Read moreIt is sad that Rally House refuses to take responsibility for what they have done. As seen in their responses to reviews, they have tried to cover it up and make excuses. They must think we’re stupid, but we know the truth. They are the ones who have acted petty and immature in this situation. I have never and will never shop at a Rally House. Their stores are boring and extremely overpriced. The items they sell can be bought for cheaper prices literally anywhere else. The one time I walked in, I saw something and bought it on Amazon instead. They could have stayed at their original location, but chose to force out a unique store that families enjoyed. Every time I have walked by Rally House, their store has been empty. I doubt a location change will improve anything. If they truly cared about family-owned businesses and had morals, they would have never done...
