All his notes and papers were on his computer. He went to turn the computer on and it was dead (no power). We were in a panic because he needed several documents to study for his midterms. Best Buy and Staples couldn't retrieve the files at the store location as they did not have the proper equipment for this type of hardware (Lenova). They said it would take one week as they would have to send it to their headquarters. I called AJ on a Sunday (yes a Sunday), and from that moment on, I knew I was in good hands. I told him our situation, and he immediately provided the best service ever. AJ was able to retrieve the files and copy everything to a flashdrive. My son was studying from his own notes within several hours. The fee that he charged was very reasonable (and there was no increase for working on a Sunday). Amazing service. AJ is very professional and at the same time very personable. He actually listens to your computer problems and concerns and resolves them with speed, efficiency and outstanding professionalism.
