HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE OWNER!!!!
Let me just say this place is ok, they have nice products and the prices are fine but I will NEVER, EVER shop there again.
This is my timeline of horrific disgust: April 2017: Purchased a dining set and cushions said to be delivered at a 6 week mark.
6 weeks later: No call or update on status, I called to determine what was going on and they said they did not have all of the chairs we ordered and it should be another 2 weeks. Ok fine.
2 weeks later: Chairs still not in. Also there was a complete run around every time I called because no one knew what was going on! Finally I spoke to the owner ( I believe his name is Jeff) who was the most rude individual I have ever dealt with in my life. No apologies, no explaination other than it takes 2 months to receive the product. HELLO I ordered this 2 months ago. I came to the conclusion they never put my complete order in, yet he would not admit it! He also talked down on me like I was ignorant and not getting it. That is when I was done dealing with them and passed this on to my husband. We finally decided to have them deliver what they had and put a reorder in for the 2 chairs they did not order, which would take 2 months again.
2 months later: No calls, no updates. Summer is now basically over. Call for status, again it is like talking to a brick wall at that place. We come to find out they AGAIN did not put the order in and would not have the product to us until the next season. THE NEXT SEASON! Are you serious? By this point I was so done and we canceled the remaining items on the order.
Never have I experience such horrible customer service and this is directed only to the owner (Jeff) here (your staff may have something to teach you on this topic!). If you mess up, fine, I really do not care but making a customer feel the way I did is unacceptable. Admit your faults and move on. We should have been given a discount or at least an apology for this, NOTHING.
This year we purchased another outdoor set for our patio to complete what we needed, we DID NOT go to Fran's. Guess what, we were notified within the timeline of when the order was supposed to be in and they actually contacted us, what a concept!
I would give negative stars if I could! This place is not in business from repeat buyers if this is the way all customers...

Then we went to the store on June 19th. Ordered 2 umbrellas in a particular color and 2 particular umbrella bases. Said they were in stock in "another warehouse" and would be in in 2 days. We paid for them then. We received no calls. No answer when I called the store. Left multiple of messages a week later. No call back. Last time I called someone picked up. Checked and said the didn't have them. Said he would call me back. Nothing. We went to the store. Said they were special order. Went in back and brought out 2 umbrellas. Not the color or size I ordered. After much looking said "they are in another warehouse" and will be in tomorrow. Made another 20 mile round trip to pick up. Umbrellas were correct. I asked "what about my bases"?. "What bases"?. Oh, they said. Brought out 2 bases, not what I asked for. They said "take these, they are more expensive". We took them to get out of the store. Will...
Read moreI had been searching for the perfect wicker furniture for my morning room for over a year and was honestly astounded by how expensive it was everywhere I looked. Then I found Fran’s Wicker, and I’m so glad I did! Not only were their prices much better, but I was also able to visit the store in person to see and feel the furniture and fabric — which made such a difference.
The staff was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. I was having a tough time picking out fabric since the one I had my heart set on for over a year had been discontinued. They guided me through the options and helped me feel comfortable with my final choice. I was a little nervous about how it would all come together, but when it arrived, I couldn’t have been happier.
The cushions are beautifully made, and the furniture looks absolutely stunning in my space. Everyone who comes over comments on how amazing it looks.
