I booked the small room for my friend's birthday over the weekend. Coming from Houston, where private karaoke rooms are plentiful and cost about $30-40/hour, I was shocked to see the $250-for-2-hours price tag. Based on the website photos, good reviews, and fact that the website said the room comes with a fully stocked mini-fridge with a variety of NA drinks and snacks, I presumed we would see the value in the higher price. When we arrived the mini-fridge was completely empty. I had to walk around looking for someone to ask where the promised contents were, and when I did ask for them, it turned out to just be mini water bottles and a few bags of personal-size bbq chips, yet not enough for each of us to have one. The room is designed awkwardly, with all the seating along the long wall but the TV was placed very high on the short wall, so whoever was stuck sitting underneath the TV could not see it to sing along. The music system is essentially a tablet hung on the wall where you search YouTube for karaoke videos and we were only provided 1 microphone for a group of 8. It was also awkward when they came to get me in the middle of our session to ask me to run my credit card and pay the rest of the fee (even though they were able to take my deposit via the website) and proceeded to charge me $300 when it was supposed to be $150. Good thing I noticed and corrected them, they cancelled the $300 charge and we redid it for $150. Highly recommended. Rooms were clean and well put together/thought out for Karaoke events. If you have over 5 people, you probably wanna consider 2 rooms or a larger room to rent out, IF everyone is going to be standing. There is an Apple Tablet which makes it easier to choose your selection of songs. There is also like a 50/55 inch TV in sync with the tablet. The mic setup was pretty simple - all you have to do is turn the mic on, as the speakers and power source is only accessible to authorized personnel. Music was clear and volume adjustmented. We had such a great time here for my daughter's 12th birthday! The vibe in the early afternoon is very kid friendly, and all the parents commented on what a unique party it was. The kids absolutely loved it - we rented the large room and were happy to be able to bring our own food and drinks.

The service was top notch - they even unexpectedly brought out some fun light up glasses and a sparkler. Some of the reviews mention that the TV only has YouTube premium.
