Fantastic building! We just moved in April '22, love the views from our North facing apartment, walkability to work, almost daily walks to DOCO restaurants, Old Sac, The Capitol Building and river trail (and also the 5min walk to light rail station access to get around town (my teenage kids travel for free till they're 18, and on their own) and 5mins on rail from our fav midtown restaurants. Lobby feels ultra high end and amazing to walk into, super friendly people in the building and very active and approachable HOA management , feel very safe with secured garage, key fob access into building and elevators with our kids. Gym and the Play room are so well maintained. Looking forward to using the pool and hot tub once we're...

The building was great, but we made the mistake of renting through HOMEPOINTE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. They made our lives miserable for the entire time we lived there. It cost us way more than the money we lost. Avoid them...
