The Farm-to-Fork Festival, a free event held Friday and Saturday, September 20-21 at the Capital Park Mall, was an absolute party and the roughly 10,000 attendees were treated to a vast array of outstanding food, drink, demonstrations, and entertainment that they won't soon forget. The barbecued clams were a big hit, and the long line can attest to that. But for us, the highlight was the entertainment. And without a doubt, local reggae/rock band ARDEN PARK ROOTS stole the show! If you have yet to see APR live, we highly suggest that you look up their touring schedule and catch one of their shows as soon as possible. If you like music, you will love APR! They combine numerous musical genres and have a unique sound that is incredible! We guarantee that you cannot attend one of their shows while sitting down!

It was ok. Got me out of the house. Not much farm to fork. I thought for sure there would be at least a few stands with fresh fruit or vegetables from the farm I could fork. Mostly beer and wine stands with slim to no selection of beverage. NO random samples of anything. I did in the other hand find one stand that served mixed drinks. At 8$ a Solo cup it seemed to be the reasonable decision to make over the same priced beer. The drinks surprised me. They were amazing. Once again, I had only a choice of two, the line was very fast. Quik enough to go back a second time. Which was a fantastic way to deal with the large amount of people that were fenced onto a main street. People were very chilled. So it wasn't horrible. The live band was decent and had a good sound considering they were next to the last band on the board. My girlfriend took me. We had a good time together there. Very much dog friendly. That was a plus. We love dog's. Over all...

Many many vendors. Great food and music. You have to purchase tickets for wine and beer. $10 gets u 1 glass of wine and $6 get u 1 glass of beer. Although the event is free u have to pay for everything else of course. Great informational booths about bee keeping to farm tours. Everything about sustainability. The event is doing friendly. There are picnic tables spread through the event. Food demonstrations, coffee demonstrations. Parking...
