Seemed like I visited an office in a 3rd world country that is full of corruption. From my understanding this is definitely a federal scam place run by unaccountable scammers. Officers’ must be held accountable for their wrongdoings and must be stopped from causing inconvenience for people when it’s not needed. Officers here are premeditatedly denying/rejecting applications although they are provided with 100% correct documents. When requested, they will falsely tell you that supervisor is not available to talk to although supervisor will be sitting in next room. Has been here 2 times for my 70 years old mother’s interview. First time they denied her medical exemption form for a completely false reason. She had a completely filled form with a detailed doctor explanation on form N-648 but they still denied it. Second time, when they couldn’t find anything to raise objection on, they simply started falsely telling me that N-648 should have some more information on it although doctor clearly stated all the required information on N-648. Seems like they were doing this on purpose because when when we came out we met couple of families who had similar complaints like our’s. Obviously, I can understand the political environment of this country but that must not result in people’s waste of time. I will recommend government to simply shut down the facility if you don’t want to properly and honestly help people who go there for help. Why waste people’s time. On our second trip to this office, I requested officer to get supervisor immediately, he started making false excuses that supervisor is not available right now, but if you want to talk to him, you will have to wait outside but officer also guaranteed me that supervisor will tell me same lie that he was telling me. This place needs complete overhauling. Lay off all the staff and hire new staff, new supervisors, hire honest...
Read moreRead this if you’re having your Naturalization interview at this office. My appointment time was 1:15pm. I got there at 12:45, waited in line until 2:30 pm to get pass security (not even the USCIS check-in). Then waited another hour after check-in to have my interview. The interview took around 15 minutes and I was out the door by 4pm. It took way too long just to go pass security.
Then the oath ceremony in Roseville was another hot mess. Appointment time was 11:30, learned my lesson, got there earlier than what the notice allowed. The line was still insanely long. At least it moved faster than the line at USCIS for interview. BRING AN UMBRELLA and WATER with you while waiting in line! I saw one person experiencing heat strokes. 80-90F might not sound bad, but if you’re waiting in line for more than an hour under direct sunlight, it’s terrible. Super slow. Some officers were nice (you’ll be place into smaller groups for the oath), but mine were slow and rude. Just be prepared. Special occasion got ruined, but I am glad...
