The final inspection of my bathroom remodel was 12/29/2022. The bathroom exhaust fan is not functioning as it should. There is barely any suction, which results in condensation fogging up the mirror. Also, the contractor de-activated the sensor after I told him the fan was coming on when it shouldn't. Regarding that, I notified the Community Development Program and was told that was against code and that the contractor should have given the manual to me. Yet despite the fact that it is against code, no action has been taken. All I'm getting is the run-around. Regarding the condensation, I questioned whether the inspector even made note of it.
