I just want my bag back. I’m offering a reward for the return of my things. I believe one of these workers stole my bag. Here is why.

3260190052 I was left stranded at the bus stop. The bus driver did not give the full 15 minutes as stated beforehand. I have proof that she pulled off prior to the 15 minute mark. This is not a good practice. Also my bags were on the bus and now have to be located. Please help me. Unfortunately I don’t think I will ever be a customer again with this experience I’ve had.

3264340538 Sat in Redding, CA with no food or no drink from 1pm until almost 7pm. Arrived 7 hours late to Sacramento terminal and then the LA bus was cancelled after never showing up at all. No availability for logging nor any kind of offered accommodation for this inconvenience. This is a really bad experience and company overall. I wish things were different for my trip.
Once we arrived in Sacramento the 10:20pm bus service NEVER showed up and I sat in the bus station OVERNIGHT. Only for the trip to finally be cancelled and had to be rebooked for an afternoon trip the following day.
If anything, all is forgiven I simply want my bags back. The website does not allow you to submit the form as I have used several different WiFi locations AND devices....
Read moreI would give this station and the Greyhound a Zero if that was an option. I bought tickets to San Diego, departing at 2 AM. Lucky me that my husband took me to the station and waited for me despite he having to wake up early to work, because this station is not only full of homeless people, but the doors were closed and there was not even a security guard onsite. Well, the bus got delayed and us passengers didn't get an email notification ahead of time. Customer service was so awful that the guy heard me frustrated and he instead of finding solutions was yelling at me. The solution: Waiting 2 hours (till 4 AM) AND WAIT FOR THE PLACE TO OPEN TO LITERALLY FIGHT WITH THE OTHER STRANDED PASSENGERS FOR ONE OF THE 21 SEATS LEFT in the next bus...At 4 AM we called back when we heard other passengers saying they were told over the phone to book the 5:45 AM bus...We did...And guess what? At 4:30 AM a bus arrived and they had already the names of some of the people from 2 AM...But we didn't get the info, so now we have to wait till 5:45...3 hrs 45 minutes...Nobody answer what am I going to do with a hotel reservation and a full day taken out of my vacation. Looking forward for legal actions against this...
Read moreI'd give it 0 stars if I could, I wouldn't recommend to anyone greyhound buses, I was waiting for three hours for my bus, never arrived, tried getting help through the front desk, guess what? Nobody was in, not a single employee, called by phone, they just told me to wait, I couldn't wait any longer so I took a cab, next day I call and they tell me that indeed the bus never arrived, imagine if I did wait as they told be. Customer service is horrendous as well, they told be they could issue a new ticket for another day, really? Like if people don't have places to be? Then the guy just instructed me to apply for a refund online, and guess what now? I was told that since I got a special offer ticket, I was not elegible to a refund, THE SPECIAL OFFER THAT IS APPLIED TO EVERY SINGLE TICKET YOU BUY ONLINE, AND THE BUS NEVER SHOWED UP. So, that's my experience with greyhound, I just gave away 21 dollars and wasted three...
