Missed my connector, had to sleep outside. Backpack was stolen, got cussed at by the female employee in the evening. Had to pay a 20 dollar penalty which I did not have after paying 207 for the trip. Was told I couldn't use the bathroom or get a drink of water until I came up with the 20 extra. I didn't get paid (80.00) for 2 days so 2 more days sleeping outside.
