This garage is conveniently located near the Sacramento County Courthouse and the main jail. It is better than doing laps around the block looking for an open meter spot. Excellent parking garage with FREE EV charging stations. Employee was super helpful in finding a charge station that would accept my phone app (Chargepoint). 7 level 2 charge stations (J-1772) were on the top roof level. 2 others were on bottom level w/ handicap spaces.
