⚠️ STAY AWAY — SCAM WARNING ⚠️
I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this business. I called in the morning to ask about screen replacement pricing and was given two options: basic and premium. When my wife went to the store later that day, she specifically asked for the basic option. However, at checkout, she was charged for the premium screen—without being informed or consulted about the change.
To make things worse, they didn’t even include the 3-month warranty they mentioned over the phone. When I called to address the issue, I was told that the 3-month warranty is only provided if you call ahead, and walk-ins get a 30-day warranty—even if the price and product are supposedly the same. That’s deceptive and makes no sense.
What’s more troubling is how they handled my complaint. Instead of resolving the issue, they tried to shift the blame onto my wife. Suddenly, they claimed there were three types of screens—basic, standard, and premium—something they never mentioned during the initial call.
At this point, I have no idea what kind of screen was actually installed. Their lack of transparency and inconsistent information makes it hard to trust anything they say.
A reliable, honest business doesn’t operate this way. Save yourself the trouble—go to a reputable local shop that values clear communication and treats customers...
Read moreI use a Samsung phone, and recently it got infected with a virus. It became really frustrating because every single second I was getting pop-up ads on my screen, making it almost impossible to use the phone properly. I tried to fix it myself but couldn’t figure it out, and the situation just kept getting worse.
That’s when I decided to take it to iFix and Repair at Walmart. As soon as I explained the problem, the team there was quick to understand what was going on. They were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They removed the virus, cleaned up the system, and made sure everything was working smoothly again.
Now, my phone is completely back to normal—no more ads, no more interruptions. It honestly feels like a brand-new device. I’m really impressed with their service and grateful for their help. Highly recommend iFix and Repair if you’re having...
Read moreI would not recommend. First of all, the guy behind the counter is never on time. Second of all, he asks you to write a review there - literally handed me the phone with the screen partially attached and said to write up a review as a way to test the touch sensitivity of the new screen. Of course everyone will only write positive things out of sheer awkwardness.
He put a protective shield on my new screen for $20 (why is that so expensive?) - the shield fell off after one day. I ended up buying my own shield on Amazon for $10 (came with 2 plus a camera protectice shield) and it works far better.
The new screen that cost me $350? Developed a black circlular dot on the side that has been slowly growing every day. And that happened less than a month since the repair. I thought about going back there to see if there's a warranty on the shoddy work but honestly, why...
