I emailed these people to get info on an art appraisal needed by my insurance carrier. The initial response from a lady name Victoria was polite and outlined the options they offered in appraisals. Good, so far. They asked me for some sizes, descriptions and artist names which I furnished, but when I rcvd the reply it really gave me no idea of what the cost would approximate. So, I send another email to the responder (Alex) saying that I would appreciate some idea of the final cost ( you'll note that I said "some" idea). I wasn't looking for an exact number, but to give someone an open ended job price wise would be quite unwise. That was the last time I heard from them, that was 2 weeks ago. Guess they are not interested in quoting....even an approximate. So much for...
