Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

I’m always paying something different every single time I go in here I order the same thing every single time chicken steak rice, guacamole and for some reason I always either pay $19 or $23 and I don’t ask for anything different. I ask for the exact same thing over and over and over and over and I keep paying different amounts every single time and it’s really annoying plus at times they’ll only give me like two scoops of rice that barely covered the bowl and they’ll give me very tiny scoops of chicken and very tiny scoops of steak. Train your employees to do better at giving portions because I’m not going to pay $20 for one scoop of chicken and one scoop of steak I’m not going to pay $20 for two scoops of rice that are barely even filling the bowl. This is annoying and this Is Why this place is going out of business and I’m getting sick and tired of this. you lost a customer and you guys need to change how you train your employees and you need to do something about how much you give people I’m very disappointed I could pay $13 at Chili’s and get A huge hamburger with unlimited chips and fry’s step...

My roommate went to pick up Chipotle, I got a text after 8pm stating the workers were very rude, I paid about $14 for a bowl, that is empty. I am very disappointed with this Chipotle, not the first time the workers were rude to the customers and gave less than what is required for a bowl. There has been decent bowls, but paying for a bowl that is empty on top of rude workers won’t have people coming back again to that specific Chipotle. I love Chipotle, but workers and bowls like that make me want to find a different spot to eat at. My roommate stated she was very uncomfortable the entire time while the workers were being rude, she felt like she could not speak up and request more of the food that they shorted out on, the bowls are not supposed to be filled halfway, nobody wants to pays $13 for a empty bowl and rude workers. Good afternoon. I placed an order online on Sunday October 3rd at 12;00 to be picked up at 12:40. I arrived at the St Joseph location at 12:30 and was greeted by a long line waiting for their orders. People were still waiting for orders to be ready at 12:00. I waited for 35 minutes and still my order was not ready. I finally decided to get in the line of people ordering food and waited another 30 minutes. I was very disappointed as I feel situations like this could be avoided. I realize that they were short handed but there are ways to a avoid having waits like this occurring. The fact that there were several people standing there waiting in close quarters was not ideal, however, the fact that not one employee came over and said sorry for the wait or we are short handed or made no acknowledgement at all to anyone.
