Jennifer and Shavana were fantastic. Both very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Not only great during the conversion to US Cellular but after the sell. We had major problems and they assisted up even following up on their days off and while on vacation. This is what customer service is all about.

They were outstanding and the store went above and beyond to a make the entire experience exceptional.

It was refreshing considering we were with AT&T and had spent over 80 hours trying to get everything resolved and not once did they ever initiate a call even though they knew they had a problem.

The new store looks amazing and the staff was very friendly. Jennifer helped me switch my phone from my current carrier and got me a great deal through a promotion on home internet! No more century link for me! She knew the promotions and how to save me the most money monthly while getting me the best deal in store as well. When I left the store my internet and the app to go with it were set-up and on my new phone along with my information from my old phone. If your looking for a carrier and a group of people who care about their guests this is the store to go to they really go...

Westin Shelton and Jennifer Drury at this office are absolutely amazing!!! I was helped before I even walked in the store. As I told the associates what my problem was with AT&T , Westin was able to sell me in the spot!! I was able to move my AT&T services right over to Us cellular with no problems and received 2 brand new iPhone 14 for free!! I had questions the next couple of days in fact I recuperated a private message from Westin Shelton asking me how I liked the phones and it was his day off!
