This darkly romantic haven curates small batch perfumeries and treasures from local Salem practitioners alongside their own signature staples. Every bottle, candle, and charm feels personal, crafted for those who crave the kind of beauty that lingers long after you’ve left. We visited Nocturne in Salem after a local recommendation, and I’m so glad we did—it’s absolutely adorable! The shop is beautifully set up with such a dreamy, moody vibe that fits perfectly with the Salem aesthetic.

It was a super hot day, so I treated myself to a black lace fan (both stylish and practical!), and the woman working at the counter was really kind and helpful while I browsed.

The back sitting area with the bookshelves totally stole my heart—such a cozy, gothic nook that made me want to curl up and stay awhile. 🖤📚

They also had a stunning jewelry display, filled with unique, ornate pieces. I was a little bummed that most of the rings were in very small sizes (sadly, not for my fingers!), but the craftsmanship was gorgeous and worth admiring.
