Kohl's — Local services in Salina

Poor service!!! Ordered a pair of shoes for my grandson from the Salina Store and needed to exchange them for a bigger size. Kohls would not allow me to modify the order or to cancel the order, but they wanted me to reorder the shoes and wait for the kohls cash to be sent back in 7 days. I spoke to Raymond H. by Kohls chat and his supervisor Adam V. and both would not help me get the bigger size shoe. Adam basically told me that there was nothing he could do, even during this time when their stores are closed. Take your money to WalMart or Target or wherever, because is no difference between Kohls and them, it is ultimately about getting your money and nothing else. Horrible service. I will shop elsewhere from now on and I encourage all of you to do so. Horrible...

No one asked to help me, twice, employees pushing stocking carts cut me off without apology. Check out girl was not at her station and told me she'd take me "over there " with a flip of her wrist. Appeared pretty annoyed that I didn't know which of the three stations she was flipping her wrist/ hand to. Never said hello, never asked if I found everything I needed and the biggest offense... never said THANK YOU! I just bought enough stuff in that store to pay for her employment for most of the week, and she won't even thank me?!?? Just a flip, here you go, shoving the sack into my hands and dismissing me before I could even put my credit card away! I have names for people like her and they are not nice! KOHLS!!! The cashier was horrible. Horrible customer service. I asked a few questions about a tablet they had for sale she told me to go to Walmart. She then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t use my 15$ kohls cash on the shoes I was buying but it let her do it. Awful experience and I been coming here for a while.
