Mike's Rent to Own — Local services in Salina

I had high hopes for this establishment. Decent individuals working there,yet there indicisivness when it comes to payments is horrid.. 1st of all they made an agreement with me before I left with my merch. That I would pay monthly. One week later they need and want money.. The calls became continuous... Then I made a payment at the correct time, when agreed upon initially. Next thing I know someone is at the door to remove the merchandise from my home... Granted payment has been made via debit cardt .. I didn't allow them to take it. Showed bank statements of every payment up made to date... This establishment still professes that Not one payment has been made on the merch.,and that they have no record In there unorganized system which seems to not record when people call in or come in person to make payment with debit cards... I don't know if it's incompetence or outdated computer software.....

I cannot begin to express how positive of an experience I recently had at Mike's in Salina, Ks! See, I offhandedly entered a contest they were having a few months ago, knowing I'd never win, (cause I never in my life have lol!), but did share a little of some health problems I'd been having and how absolutely wonderful it WOULD be to win for my 3 kids and their families!! Well, I won! I was beyond shocked, just ask Russell!! Once, I got to the store, Russell, Kirk, and Rayne were so professional, and just as happy as I was that I'd won! They treated me like family, and made sure everything was just perfect! So, a HUGE thank you to them, the owners that actually picked me, and just for the neatest experience!! You all...

Most people might just be doing this to get stuff to go to the riverfest but I honestly genuinely appreciate Mike's rent to own I did get a washer and dryer that I had paid off and then I got a bed frame from them that I'm currently making payments on they are awesome and working with me and my time of need anytime I need anything extra time on my payment et cetera they are always willing to accommodate I just want to give a big shout out to all the employees at Mike's rent to own because you guys have helped my family out extremely even if it is just with the washer and dryer in the bed set I definitely...
